While he is known for his proficiency with a pigskin rather than a putter, New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning will trade the football field for the fairway on June 15, 2009 as he hosts the 32nd annual Guiding Eyes Golf Classic. Returning for the third year as host of the event, the sports star hopes to help top the record-breaking $450,000 raised in 2008 for the nonprofit guide dog school.

As in the past, approximately 340 golfers will grace the greens at Whippoorwill Club in Armonk, New York and Mount Kisco Country Club in Mount Kisco, New York to raise both funds and awareness of the the Guiding Eyes school for service dogs. Sponsorships are available at the Diamond, Platinum, Gold and Silver levels. Fans of the football hero who donate a minimum of $10,000 to the cause are invited to join Eli Manning at a Tee-Off Party at Mulino's of Westchester in White Plains.
