This is our start on the scarecrows - we're still working on a couple more - 
pee-ess - mom sorta cheated - she did this at the florist's shop and used their stuff to make them so neat - and don't tell her I told you but she also let them "help" her!!!! But they were TOTALLY her idea!!!!
