  Oh my gosh, I knew I hadnt posted anything on my blog in awhile but I just looked at my last post and it was in January.

  And now it is April?

  I guess that is what being a new parent is all about. You look at the calendar one day and then you get swept away in the chaos and loveliness of raising a child. The next minute you look up and you have a 7 year old dog and an 8 month old child.

  Im in big trouble. These two girls are already conspiring against me! I asked for a simple smile and they both gave me tongue.

• Christmas Stuffy

  Every year Grandma Linda gives Gracie a stocking full of dog toys from PetSmart.

  Last week she brought the wrapped stocking over early and put it under the tree along with some presents for Maggie. 5 minutes later Gracie figured out which present was hers and took off with it into the other room. She unwrapped it and even managed to open the vacuum sealed plastic that surrounded the toys.

  We loved watching every minute of it.

  Wow has it really been over a month since I last posted? Time sure is flying.

  I wanted to stop in and post a few pictures of what I am most thankful for this Thanksgiving.

  Its amazing when you look back at what you were doing last year and realize how much your life can change in the blink of an eye.
