Sweet Spots Dog Ice Cream by Nature’s Variety: Product Review

“Would your dog like a free sample of the new Sweet Spots ice cream by Nature’s Variety?”

That was the question posed of me as the thermometer soars here in my neck of the woods (96 degrees for a high today). An emphatic “yes” and two tail wags was the reply from this household.

These days, there are many  Fido ice cream treats available on the market. Many my discriminating cocker has turned his nose up to and plain ole said “no way, Mama.” Others are full of sugar. So I wanted to be certain this product tasted good and made me feel good about the ingredients.

The Sweet Spots come in 2 flavors: Peanut Butter & Honey or Sweet Potato & Molasses. This product is all natural and 98% lactose free with no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives. Live active yogurt cultures contained in it.

Ingredients in the Peanut Butter & Honey: Buttermilk, Peanut Butter, Molasses, Whey Protein, Honey, Egg Yolks, Fruit Pectin, Live Yogurt Cultures (Lactobacillus bulgaricus, Streptococcus thermophilus).

How to Serve
SweetSpots are creamy, delicious, and ready to serve!  Simply remove a cup from the freezer and wait a few minutes while the product softens.  Then remove the lid, turn the cup upside down, and pop the contents into your dog’s dish.
