  In 2005, I launched Energypaws.com. Check out the hideousness at the Way Back Machine Link. I had NO idea what I was doing in Web Design or Branding.

  A lot can happen in 5 years.

  I stopped doing readings.. I barely blog here anymore.. I started making dog collars and backed off that too.

  I did too much and it burned me out.

  But lately..

  Well, someone that (ok Im going to make a point here and its going to look like bragging.. but oh well) someone that I kinda wowd at a seminar has been searching...

  I just had the pleasure of deleting not only buckets of spam comments (thanks to not updating when I should have) but also deleting this comment about my baby girl

  There is a face only a mother could love.

  What. The. Hell.

  Not only was this a comment from someone obviously looking just to promote their own site, but they also decided to insult my dog? Thanks.

  Qors tongue hangs out.. would you like to know why? Because my old vet screwed up her first eye surgery, not only causing her horrible pain...

  Ch.. ch.. ch.. CHANGES!

  Now that you are all singing a David Bowie song, I wanted to tell you about some of the things weve changed for the furkids. As you may or may not know, I have been a proponent of raw feeding. My dogs have been on raw food since they came home to us.

  And they loved it. But I worry. We lost Charlie to a bladder tumor at age 7. We lost Targ to hemangiosarcoma at age 6.

• Be a Tree

  The other day, we were walking the dogs on our block. Shel was ahead of me with Qor and I was walking Qay.

  Across the street, I see a woman with her three small children on a family walk.. sort of .. the two boys were running ahead and the little girl was about midway between her mom and her brothers.

  The little girl spots us.. she stops dead in her tracks..

  and Yells Guys! Guys! and I expect the next phrase to be Lookit the doggies! but what this clever little 5ish year old girl yells instead...
