Big Honey Dog novel update: Thanks again to everybody for putting up with us being anti-social while Hsin-Yi is writing her book! She has been working REALLY hard shes now on Chapter 18 & almost at the end but shes actually gone over the word limit! She was always told that a book for 8 ~ 12yrs (middle grade) should be 30,000 ~ 40,000 wordsunless its a fantasy, where youre allowed up to 60,000...Keeping busy…

Hi everybody just a quick hello to let you all know that Im still here!
Ive got so many adventures & cool things to tell you about (and I havent done that post yet about my Senior Doggie Exercise Programme!) but my human, Hsin-Yi, is still rushing to finish the 1st draft of her novel so she cant help me blog much at the moment. Shes on Chapter 15 now, though, and nearly at the end.so I hope well be back to blogging regularly again soon!

Thank you so much everybody for all your comments in my last post, with the GREAT ideas to help Hsin-Yis novel! Thanks also for understanding about us being anti-social for a while and not being able to come round & visit any blogs until Hsin-Yi finishes writing the 1st draft of her manuscript. By the way, I hope you dont think Hsin-Yi is being nasty to kitties in her book its just that theres one doggie character who HATES cats in the story and so the cat insults are for him!

(Oh, dont think Hsin-Yi looks like this when shes writing! In fact, she doesnt look like this most of the time hee! hee! This was a special occasion when it was her birthday recently and she put on make-up & dressed up nicely to go out for dinner with Paul. * My human, Hsin-Yi, has been very busy with lots of things so she hasnt had much time to help me with my blog sorry I havent posted much in the last week! Were also getting behind on visiting our friends blogs again.
