I think this weeks Shelter Sketch looks kinda like Falcor from The Neverending Story. What do you think?
Meet SharonSharon is a nine-year-old female toy poodle. She was rescued from another shelter by the NSPCA and was matted and filthy when they took her in. Yesterday I went hiking with some friends who do TNR around here and they told me about the sweet kitty theyre fostering, so I decided to feature her this weekend.
Meet LialehLialeh is a ten-month-old female lilac Siamese. She was picked up as a stray with her kittens, but has since been spayed and is up-to-date on her shots. I wanted to feature a dog from the Soi Dog Foundation in Thailand. Theyre a really amazing organization that helps dogs who are desperately in need.

I thought it was time for another greyhound!
Meet GaryGary is a two year old who was trained to race but never competed. He really sounds like a perfect dog: friendly with children, cats, and other dogs; likes to play but doesnt obsess over toys; takes treats like a gentleman; and is calm but outgoing. As his Petfinder page says, Gary would make an excellent first greyhound, or a great addition to an existing pack. He is neutered and up to date on shots.
