I Want To Be Loved - Bon Jovi

I had a roof overhead
Had shoes on my feet
Sure I was fed, but no-one was there
When I was in need, yeah

So who am I now?
Who do you want me to be?
I can forgive you, but I won't relive you
I aint the same scared kid I used to be

[Chorus]
I'm gonna live
I'm gonna survive
Don't want the world to pass me by
I'm gonna dream
I aint gonna die
Thinking my life was just a lie
I wanna be loved
I wanna be loved

I found a picture
Our so-called family tree, yeah
I broke all the branches, looking for answers
Don't you know that aint how it's supposed to be

[Chorus]
I'm gonna live
I'm gonna survive
Don't want the world to pass me by
I'm gonna dream
I ain't gonna die
Thinking my life was just a lie
I wanna give
I'm ready to try
Willing to lay it on the line
I wanna be loved
I wanna be

I aint gonna cry
I dont wanna scream
But i got so much left unsaid inside of me

[Chorus]

I just wanna be loved
I wanna be loved

Many of us bloggers decide to take that extra step with our blog and get our own domain name. Some bloggers even decide they want to purchase dedicated hosting for their blogs. When I bought domain names for my blogs, I needed instructions to help me through the process of 'switching over' to the new domain. So, I know darn well that if I purchased a hosting package, I'd be in search of web hosting tutorials to assist me in the process.

Since I have two blogs, or three, if you count Camera-Critters, I would want to find a hosting package that would allow me to host all of my blogs. In other words, I would be looking for information on multiple domain hosting. Then all my blogs could live together happily ever after. ;-)

Of course, the main deciding factor for me is cost. So, I'd be looking for some affordable web hosting, because money is tight right now. Hey, who you calling cheap?!?! :-P

Many times, I've been told my friends and family that they have a computer peripheral that they are just going to throw away, because they don't have the installation CD for it. I then explain to them that all they need to do is download the proper drivers, and it should work.

Sometimes, this is as simple as going to the manufacturer's website and searching for your product's latest driver. For example, you would go to Hewlett Packard's website to download hp drivers for your printer.

However, sometimes the product you have is not manufactured any longer, and, therefore, the website may not have new or current downloads to make your product work. That is when you can check a site like driverssoftware.com to look for the driver you need. I'm trying to get a router to work. So, I'll be searching for the correct netgear drivers, and then, hopefully, I'll be up and running!

Every time I look at this picture, it absolutely cracks me up.
It's like he's mimicking the position his toy is in.

Matouk, also known as my boyfriend, loves his stuffed animals. Most people are surprised that he doesn't tear them up or destroy them, but it is exactly the opposite - He treasures his toys and takes very good care of them. The parrot in the photo is named Polly. Polly was a gift to Matouk from my very dear friend Bear. When I went to Ohio over Thanksgiving, I took Polly to Matouk. From the moment Matouk laid eyes on Polly, she (Polly) was given the most special treatment you could imagine.

When my dad gets ready for bed each night, he finds Polly in his bed. You see, Matouk takes Polly to the bedroom, pulls the comforter back, places Polly on the pillow, and then covers her with the comforter. I guess he's just making sure his parrot is comfortable and tucking her in for a nap.

I swear, he's the only wolf I know of who owns Beanie Baby stuffed animals!

I am noticing that, after I make a post with a photo in it, when I view that post on a computer other than my laptop, the photo is much darker than I realized :-( I didn't really want to change the settings of the screen on my laptop, but I'm beginning to realize that I need to, because what are looking like good photos on my screen do not look good on your screens/monitors.

I'm feeling lousy. I'm getting sick, I had a bad night last night, and I feel overwhelmed mentally and emotionally. I'm also bummed, because there is a local photo contest and the deadline is tomorrow, but I can't enter because I don't have frames or matting. Oh well, there will be more; that's the least of my concerns right now.

Another thing - Maggie May's birthday is in February. Are y'all interested in another Doggy Bloggy Birthday Bash, or was a first-year-bash enough?

Lastly, please be patient with my 'extra posts' over the next few days. I've got to take opportunities to help at home whenever I can. ;-)
