What's Dragon Naturally Speaking? It's a software program that transcribes your words for you without having to type. When I first heard of this I thought wow, how great! It's pretty neat, not only does it transcribe your spoken word, but you can record your voice to an audio device like an mp3 and it will transcribe straight from the recorder. This type of product would be great for the doctor, businessman, secretary and the student and these are just a few that come to mind, I'm sure there's many more folks out there who can use something like this. I know for me it would be beneficial as an artist, wife and stepmom because at times ideas come into my mind and I always end up jotting them down on paper and I end up with tons of lists. I am a chronic list taker, with scraps of paper for art supplies, groceries, things to do, you name it and if I was sitting at my computer (which I am a lot) I could use Dragon Naturally Speaking and it would type it out for me and keep all my lists in one place. And even if was away from my computer I could use a recording device, speak into my recorder and when I got home attach it to my computer and have it type it out for me. Now how great is that, I mean I'm into anything that makes my life a little easier!
