I just recently put this art tile pendant into my shop. The art tile depicts a Chinese Crested. The tile is hand-sculpted from a beautiful lavender polymer clay, etched and highlighted with a dark purple paint. At the top center of the tile is a large Swarovski crystal charm. The pendant hangs from two bails on either side of the tile. This tile can either be hung on the wall or worn as a pendant.

Size is approximate:
2-3/4" long top to bottom
1-3/4" wide

So Lena made some new friends this week, they were the horses down the street from our cabin. I was a little leery about letting her get close to them thinking she may get a bit worked up and bark and maybe spook them, but I brought her right up to them and they just sniffed each other and both the horses and Lena remained very calm. Lena was actually nose to nose with the one horse and it looked like they were kissing while their nostrils were going crazy sniffing the heck out of each other.

I never realized how curious horses were until we passed them by and they kept coming up to the fence to check us out. Horses are such beautiful creatures and it was fun taking a walk every morning to say hello -- we both got to know some sweet gentle four legged neighbors down the road.

So this is Spud, Spuddy, the Spudmeister, Spudders, he has many names. This is my sister's dog, the one my nephews are always saying is way cuter than my Lena. Okay, okay, so he's pretty darn cute and he can really work you for a piece of pizza -- but he lays down funny, look at his legs. In our family we call this the bear rug, but I've also heard it called frog legs, do you have a dog that lays like this and what do you call it?

This is my new bead, Three Peas In A Pod. It is a pea pod that has three happy little peas inside. There is one pink heart stamped on the outside of the pea.

Hand-sculpted from polymer clay.
The bead is approximately:
1-1/4" long x 4/8" wide and is pierced from top to bottom as shown in the photo.
