Hi I'm traveling to Peru in May and I would like to bring ny Dog with me, my questions is what do I need to have ready for my dog? what kind of papers and does my dog have to have a passport and how much do I pay?

I am going to Lima Peru during christmas and new year and was hoping to bring my dog with me, but as cabin. That way she can be carried onto the plane with me. Is this possible? Can I buy her a seat?
