Notice:

There is a company called Global Pet Relocators that claims to be handling pet relocations. These people are scam artists, so DO NOT send them any money.
Many times they will advertise bull dog or yorkshire puppies for sale or free to good homes. They will request small amounts of money and keep asking for money for you to retrieve your "pet."

There is no pet.

Please do not fall for this scam. You can read more about these scams by Googling "puppy scams."

There is another SCAM going on to, it's relating to adopting a capuchi monkey this lady uses the ID of andrasonelist@yahoo.com, once you contact her she referrs you global_petscargo@post.com and they to ask for a small amount of money then they claim that you need to pay for refundable insurance, once you pay all that they then tell you that the monkey or animal is sick and now needs a vaccination in order to continue the trip.. it's a scam .. I know my duaghter wanted to adopt one of the monkeys from this lady and we sent $700.00 dollars to Cameroon (another country) should of raised our flags then, but we didn't actually catch it until they called and said our "baby" was in the americas in New York, later in the conversation they said New Jersey and then later on the said the United Kingdom.. I was pissed, but there is nothing I could do to get the money back as it was already picked up on thier end at a money gram location, I converted the dollars and in they got away with little over $400,000 when converted to thier currency.. I almost believe that these foreign countries do this to help defray the cost of the wars going on in thier countries or agianst ours.. Homeland Security should check into these ppl..

I have been contacted through a social site to place an ad for puppies by a man in Cameroon. He asked me to place the ad as being from me and where I live, let him know when a puppy was purchased, send the money to him (keeping some for myself). He would then send the puppy to me to then send to the buyer. So you can't even trust that they are advertising for themselves. They are now looking to hook other people to do this for them with the promise of quick and easy money.

OMFG dude i almost feel for the same thing heres my story i saw this ad for a Pomeranian puppy from a lady that goes by the name christabel jeckins and she said that the puppies would be for free so i gave her my contact information and i got a call from this guy who didnt seem like he spoke good english and he said that i would need to make a money gram transfer so i thought to myself if this was a legit company all they would have to do is take my credit card number and so i kept on telling myself no its real dont worry and then he called again and i told him to give me a phone number i can call him back on and he said his land line was messed up so i like huh more clues to lead me to my conclusion so i went to walmart to do the money gram bs and the lady was like do you know this person your sending the money to which her name btw was Vickie D Zihiri. the guy claims that shes the director so i went on the website and it had absolutely nothing to prove it was legit anywho the lady at walmart made me realize that i would not be able to get my money back if this is fraud so i went back home which is right now and i search the company name and honestly if it was real the company would have popped-up but it didnt and the guy keeps calling me back but i had already told him i sent the money which btw i didnt the companys that claims to be a pet transportation service is called GLOBAL PETS TRAVEL AGENCY (international and relocators) dont not fall for it cause i almost did they wanted me to pay $280 for it fuck em!!!!

I can't beleive that people fall for these scammers. Never buy a puppy unseen over the internet should be the golden rule for everyone! Secondly, if it seems to be good to be true, then it probably is!! I am currently stringing this same person along (Philip Batmos) just for the hell of it. This idiot is advertising a Pug puppy for $400. NO-ONE SELLS PUG PUPPIES THAT CHEAP!!! Plain and simple and that is why I knew immediately it was a scammer. Pug pups are anywhere from $1,000 - $1,500 in Australia. Secondly, it states the dog is had all of its vaccinations.... so I have asked him exactly what vaccinations.... he will answer with some airy comment as every country vaccinates for different things and as I have given him a hotmail email address, he won;t know where I am from.... there are sooooo many things that tell you it is a scam and I would fill this page up writing them all down. I saw one last week advertising a Pug puppy with UKC pedigree papers and they calimed to be in Sydney, UKC is NOT AN AUSTRALIAN registry. Research a little people and learn before you start trying to buy a puppy and this willhelp you from being scammed.

Said all I need was to love the puppy as his wife would and pay for the relocation. I almost fell for it. These people need to burn in hell for this crap!

I recently almost fell for the same scam! I was surfing the internet the other day and came across this woman saying she had a female 12 wk old english bull dog puppy for that shes giving away for free! On the site it said her location is where I live so i didnt think anything suspicious by it. So, i email her and ask why she is giving her away free. She says that they had to move to East Bay Limbe, Cameroon, Africa, and that she and her husband are botanists there. She said shes expecting her first child, and the weather in cameroon is not well for english bull dogs. She gave this whole background of why she likes english bull dogs saying her grandfather was a dog lover and gave her her first dog who was the puppies mother who just happend to die a few months ago. She said the puppy came with all the papers, vaccinations, and was champion blood line. She then says that she needed us to pay for the shipping here and they would ship the puppy, and at the airport when we pick up the puppy, named kelly, we would have to pay another fee. This was all a scam. Its rediculous how they have theyre whole story down and try to scam people out of their money. The more questions you ask them the more you will notice that its not for real. They always would answer with a statement that they had already, as if prerehearsed. They used globalpetrelocation.com. Its alll a scam! Please do not fall for their crap. Its rediculous.

I can only remember these carriers Unitedpetrelocator.com--Cargodeliveryservice.com. I have done alot of research on carriers before I got back to seller. If they use Western Union it's a scam. Dont send any money till they answer your questions and they give you there phone number to talk to them personally.

I almost got scammed too.....This persons name is Peter Castreo. He claimed to have a 12wk old yorkie puppy for adoption for he was to busy with his job. He e-mailed with a couple of questions and without asking where I lived he said that the shipping cost for this puppy would be $100. I then got an e-mail from this suppose delivery agency and I couldn't find a call back number but I did find a section that clarly read that I was to send my $100 thru Money Gram in Cameroon......That set off red flags! so I did some researching and it turns out that this so called delivery agency has been scamming people of their money for quite some time.

Clearly, the internet enables people to set up lots of scams... So we have to be careful and aware if we choose to use the internet. However, it's totally unnecessary, because there are TONS of pets in shelters everywhere who need to be adopted!!! Consider adopting a pet from your local shelter before you buy a pet--from the internet, from breeders, or from pet stores. Pets in shelters and rescue organizations make amazing companions, and they will be forever grateful to you for saving them!

They are scam artists, I just got taken. Mine was found via classified ad online. ANYONE WHO ASKS YOU TO SEND THEM MONEY BY MONEYGRAM OR WESTERN UNION IS A FRAUD. Legitimate breeders will always take credit cards. After they ask you for the $250 they then tell you that you have to pay $1000+ to "insure" the puppies. I said screw that this is a scam...they are all frauds. They usually have a story like "got a new job" or "my daughter/son just died and i cant stand to look at the puppies." They will ask you all sorts of questions to APPEAR to care who they are "selling" the dogs to, like how old are you, have you had a pet before, are you married, do you have kids, etc....THEY ARE ALL FRAUDS. Dont do it, go somewhere you can visually see the puppies. They gave me false flight information too, it all looked VERY PROFESSIONAL....BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently lost my dear pet after 13 years and live in Ontario Canada. I posted on an Ontario site nearby me that I was looking for a Chesepeake Bay Retriever does not have to be a purebreed! I get this email from a Richard Kim living in Hawaii who says he has this dear little angel pure breed puppy same breed as I am looking for who needs a home..I fell for it at first and said my travel agent would arrange all details getting the dog here..A flag went up when he is saying his agency will handle it and he needs $200- for shipping. I am already heartbroken losing my pet and these guy's prey on people like me. My question is how do they zero in on an Ontario site so fast or are they really in Hawaii..I have to wonder about people that are such low lifes.

Note that the scamming turdball posted here on August 9, 2009, That's what these criminals do, post as satisfied customers to try and catch more victims, even on a page like this one where victim after victim are distraught after being scammed. These bastards have no pity. Beware as they are also known to threaten their victims into paying. Anti Fraud International have identified a leader of these scumbags using names like Pet Relocator and ROJELIO MALDONADO. His name is Assoua Achille Brice Eteki, also known as Biniray Jr. Simply google the following and you'll find it: achille scammer To top it off, this sh*tbag just received a grant to study in Germany next year. Where's the justice? It also includes the (real) name of half-a-dozen of his scamming accomplices. It's a multi page discussion, and it's at the following link: http://antifraudintl.org/showthread.php?t=26675 antifraudintl.org with the help of 2 other anti-fraud web sites, really nailed his case shut with a mountain of evidence. It makes interesting reading, specially since Achille Brice himself posted trying to deny it, and got caught up in his own lies. You can read the evidence and make up your own mind. If you have been scammed in a puppy scam, you have to file a police report with your local police. Then file a fraud report with www.ic3.gov (they accept online complaint from all countries). Then for those who lost money AND those who didn't but that these thieves attempted to scam, this is most important. You should fax the details of your scam, including your western union receipt if you sent money, and if possible, also fax some or all the pages from antifraudintl.org mentioned above, to the following: Benin National Police (Sûreté Nationale): Fax: +237 22 21 00 69 Benin Minister of Justice: Fax: +237 22 23 00 05 Benin Prime Minister: Fax: +237 22 23 57 65 Too often, victims don't fight back, and these greedy thieves love that. So fight back, report the fraud and fax the Cameroon authorities.

Ok, like the rest on here, THANK GOD I found this site. I had a lady contact me about homing her Macaw (Blue & Gold) parrot. At the begining of our conversations, she was implying that she only lived a few hours away from me.. well turns out that she lives in the UK and I in Canada. She kept telling me that "FRED" is free, that I would only pay for his relocation which is only $40, as she would be paying the remainder of the cost. She advised me that bird would be delivered by Global Pets Carriers Delivery Agency. Well, I looked into it, and it's going to cost way way more than $110, that she claims to fly a bird from the UK to Canada.. Needless to say , lessoned learned and thank god over and over for finding this site and me not sending her any funds. She goes by Anna Lisa (annlisa12345@yahoo.ca)

It great that you keep posting their names, email addresses, telephones, and money transfer details. The scam always works that way. The pet is cheap or free. Then comes the shipping company (same scammer) complete with web site and tracking number. etc.... Also working on this case of Achille Brice Eteki along with Anti Fraud Internationalwhere: . Thanks for the blog. I almost got scammed for a Pomeranian puppy by this so called company. Once they sent the information about giving money to a man in Cameroon, I became curious as to why I had to call an international number for a transport from Washington, D.C. Now, I have confirmation that they are not ethical, moral, or sincere about their tactics. I pray that they will get caught soon before they take advantage of anyone else. I looked them up on the internet too and found nothing legitimate about them - except this blog exposing their plans to be crooks.

I asked for pictures and the found the EXACT same pictures on google images on someone elses website!!!!!__They used this link http://globalpetmoversintl.freehostia.com/index.html and the website is there, but not real... Fake emails and fakenumbers that does not even exist!!!!!!!__I then phone someone else in Cameroon who also replied on my request on the bird and it turns out they are also scammers!!!__Listen EVERYONE in cameroon is a scammer!!!!!!!!!!!

Carly__Nov,3 2009 8:00pm____I almost fell for this bird that I was going to get shipped to me only if I would habve been able to send then $150.00 through western union and I went on line to look for a Globia-pet-mover-hawaii@live.com__Well I didnt notice anything like that that happens to ship pets . And the guys name to send the money too is Ganseh Dieudonne that lives in Douala Littoral 00237 and if he thinks i am going to fall for it, is wrong because i even sent him a message back stating that i prefer the woman Mrs. Cathrin Johson to pay for the bird to be shipped to me and ii said i will pay her back through western union once i receive the bird . I also agree that everone in Cameroon is A BIG TIME SCANNER...................

i just came back from money gram agents (thomas cook) with a full amount back!!! THANKS TO THIS SITE!!! I paid, but something just didn't seem right. The puppy owner - KAKA4NANCY@YAHOO.COM - said she lives in scotland, and I sent the money to Cameroon. I sent the money but decided to check the company name in internet, and that's how I got to this site.

I was nearly scammed. I posted an ad on Craig's List in MICHIGAN looking for a small female dog. This woman (dolly_scott85@yahoo.com) contacted me saying she had "yorkie puppies." She lives in Kansas. She said she is leaving to go to Spain and wants to send the female to me for $150. Now why would a woman in KANSAS sell a person in MICHIGAN a purebred yorkie for so cheap? She can't sell it locally? Well I went about asking questions and she said she had her house maid transfer the dogs to my name-she was going to have "The Inter Pet Transportation Company LTD (I P T C)" send me the dog and I would receive it in 3 hours. Unfortunately, before I FULLY realized this was a scam, I had given her my address and phone number. I googled the company and told her I see no record of that company and she said it was fairly new and her friend had just used it the other day and it's legitimate. i told her I refused to give Credit Card info. and she told me "you need to pay the money cash through a money transfer company (western union) you are expected to transfer the money to the director of the company. " I then googled scams and everything she was saying to me added up to her being a scammer. I told her she was a scammer and I am no longer interested in the puppy. She then had this to say "There is no scam involved in this transaction. i am very serious about giving the puppy to you. this document has been signed by the pet transportation company Barrister . He is called Barrister Scott Walton. so this is enough evidence. and also the company will contact you may be shortly. so you cannot reject a puppy registered under your names. this is strictly forbidden by law."__Her english was pretty poor during the beginning of the emails, and all of a sudden she was speaking fine. Watch out!__

I have been talking to a man that e-mailed me from 3 different e-mail address and different names they are GALAND CASTRO,MARIELA CASTRO, AND MARIELA ANDREA. They where advertising free english bull dog puppies and all you would have to do was pay the shiping fee of $160. They asked for full name address, phone number. and nearest airport. And gave me this e-mail address to the transport company because he "coulndt" find the phone number. Thats when my red flags went up. These ppl need to be shut down!!! Oh and heres the e-mail the the "transport comapny" charlotte_douglas@live.com

**Adding to my comment (missalynnh), the woman had the "company" email me this bogus form. It had poor grammar and spelling errors. I emailed the "company" back and told them they are scammers and the emailed me back and threatened to send the FBI to my house and have me unexpectedly arrested for refusing a dog that i already told them I wanted. Also for "insulting their new company." What a joke these people are.
