A few weeks back we wrote a blog about the importance of your pet's microchip appearing on all of your pet's vaccination certificates and other vet paperwork; and it occurred to me that my dog's microchip probably had not been scanned since it was implanted when she was a puppy. At our recent vet visit Aussie was due for several booster vaccines and some blood work. I made it a point to request that the vet scan Aussie's chip and to please record it on her vaccine certificate.&n
