We currently have two four-legged customers who were unable to finish the 180-day pre-quarantine in the US prior to going to Australia.  Most people don't like the idea of their pet having to spend six months in quarantine, but it's actually not "doggy jail" like they think.

What exactly does the term quarantine mean in the U.S. (150 days) and for the 30day period in Australia? Can the pet be at home under "house quarantine" or is it in a government kennel all that time? Thanks, Shelley

In a statement released today, Delta Cargo announced that beginning Wednesday, July 1, they will allow daily non-stop flights between Los Angeles (LAX) and Sydney (SYD), Australia.

In the release Delta also said they would direct all potential customers wanting to ship dogs and cats to Australia to the Independent Pet and Animal Transportation Association (IPATA) website.
