Seattle City Light Response to Sammy’s Death Inadequate – Community Meeting Tonight Discussions

Heres another good post from the Queen Anne View about the electrocution of Sammy on Thanksgiving Day. Seattle City Light claims that Sammys electrocution was an isolated incident and no other parts of their electrical systems pose any threats.

I dont buy it.

Im not saying that SCL is lying, or that every metal plate next to a lamppost in the city will electrocute you or your dog, but how can SCL say with certainty that a similar incident cannot exist in other parts of the city less than a week after Sammy died? At the very least SCL should do spot testing in other parts of the city instead of saying they fixed the problem and the threat of electrocution no longer exists.
