Pet Products Review - FURminator DeShedding Tool

Ok, a fact is a fact, ask any groomer, "what is the most essential tool a groomer uses?"  Every one will say "The FURminator".  You have a pet that sheds, you MUST have a FURminator DeShedding Tool.

They come in various sizes and are specifically designed for each cat and dog and large or small size dogs.  The FURminator gets that hair out of your house and life, the old dead under coat and the dander that gets trapped in it's woven nest.  Best of all, The FURminator does so without pulling the skin and hurting your pet.

There are amazing pictures and videos on http://www.furminator.com

I love the FURminator! They don't make the hair fly all over the place like other deshedding brushes I've used.

Remember when you're using the FURminator, you need to take nice long, slow strokes. That makes the FURminator do its magic. My kittycat loves a good session with the FURminator.

Every pet owner should have a Furminator. But the price is too expensive. I wish they would consider lowering the price so that they can be part of every household.

Why not try the FurBuster? It does the same job but for half the price. It's priced according to size of your dog. You can find it on my website at http://www.puppycratesplus.com/store-products-bmb-furbstr-Bamboo-FurBuster-Dog-De-Shedding-Tool--Blade_42060353.html. Enjoy!

Another great product that is a little more inexepensive than the furminator is Fur-Zoff. I like this one because it is a "green" product and will last you forever for about $10. You can find it now at http://www.FurZoff.net. Hope this is helpful for a few! :)

I have a Furminator and I have a puppy. Do you think its safe to yuse a furminator on a puppy? not that I want to get rid of the puppy hair, God no! but I want him used to the fact that he needs to be de-shedded or brushed nearly every day.

Everyone loves The FURminator we get it.... you know what I don't like is the horrible bread they use in Starbucks sandwiches. Have you ever noticed that their sandwiches are always thick where they cut it in half and show lots of meet, but the rest of a Starbucks sandwich is tasteless doughy panini bread that isnt worth consideration as crumbs for Hanzel and Gretel.

Cats frequently vomit hairballs. This phenomenon occurs because many cats swallow large amounts of loose hair while grooming themselves. The hair accumulates in the stomach and is then regurgitated, often in the form of a long, cylindrical tube made up of cat hair. The Furminator Deshedding Tool can decrease the incidence of hairballs in cats because it removes the loose hair which would otherwise be responsible for causing the hairball and its regurgitation. This tool is great. It works better than anything else I've found to remove the old fur deep in the animals coat. You can take off a lot of hair in a short amount of time. I use it on my dog and my cats. I could not really think of a con, other than you have to be careful not to use too much pressure or it can irritate the skin. If using on a small dog or if buying for cats only, I would look at the smaller version of this tool.

I recently bought a Furminator for my german shepherd/mix. I SIMPLY LOVE THIS TOOL!!! The same amount of time, used with my other wire brush, didn't pick up half of what this tool did.It doesn't pull the fur,and my dog loved having it done. I got so much more fur,in half the time, and it's so much neater and quicker to use.I'm sorry I waited so long to try this. This is a must if you have a dog.
