Mr. Jazz Makes a Visit and Earns a Nomination in the BlogPaws Nose-to-Nose Social Media Awards for Best Pet Blog Post
Sunday March 9th, 2014 at 12:50 AM
He may be gone in the physical sense, but there is no doubt in my mind that Mr. Jazz is still with me.
Last night after dinner I was in my office catching up on things no surprise there. I try to make use of my time as best I can and I was putting together some materials for my upcoming trip I will be taking to the Global Pet Expo in Orlando. I have never been to this event, but since its close to home and wont break the bank I thought it would be a great opportunity to meet some new...

Wow time to set the clocks forward already I guess I should go and tell the cats so they can adjust their internal clocks as to when they wake me up in the morning and when they come looking for dinner in the evening. I say that, but the truth is I dont even have to tell them They dont miss a trick and seem to instinctively know when we change the clocks. Although Im not so sure about Kizmet. As I have mentioned on numerous occasions, that boy beats to his own drummer. I better go and find...

We dont mean to nag, but must insist, this is a post, that must be read from start to finish!
When it comes to me and my life, a cat on my lap will more than suffice.
A cat on my lap with a good book to read, I tell you honestly that is all I really need.
A cat on my lap that I can pet, I would be absolutely content.
Perhaps a cup ofespressotoo, if youwouldntmind, thank you.
And while youre at it, if its not too much trouble, could you rush it and make it a double?
Thats all for now, my leg is...

Today is World Spay Day and nothing makes me happier than an opportunity to promote the virtues of spay/neuter as not only a safe and humane means of reducing cat overpopulation, but as a procedure that helps to ensure your cat live a longer, happier, and healthy life. On the surface, it seems like a topic that is relatively clear-cut, yet in actuality when it comes to cats and understanding the true implications of why spay/neuter is so important in an overall...

Win or lose, all my cats are Gold Medal winners in my eyes!
The 2014 Olympics will come to an end this Sunday and I have to admit I have not watched as much of the venue as I have in past years. Like much of the population, any ice-skating event was my favorite part of the competition, but this year my heart has not been into it. I dont know if its because Ive been distracted by other things or the simple fact that Dan and I have been binge watching the entire 5 seasons of the series...

Today is officially Love Your Pet Day and I can literally hear all of you screaming at your computer as you read this But Deb, you are yelling at me, EVERYDAY should be Love Your Pet Day!
Listen, I get it! You dont have to preach it to me and thats why Im not going to do a post about how wonderful pets are. I wont go on and on extolling their virtues, such as that they are incredible companions that provide us with undivided love, loyalty, companionship. Or that they can keep you happier and...
