Thanks to a new charity, you no longer have to feel guilty for watching cat videos online when you should perhaps be doing something a little more productive, like feeding your cats. Cats vs. Cancer is the brainchild of two Georgetown University graduates, Tom OConnor and Eddie Peña. This innovative charity raises money through advertising; a portion of those dollars earned by Cats vs. Cancer, along with all direct donations, go to one of the non-profits cancer-fighting partners.

Ernesto, the white kitten at the center of Kittens Can Kill, Clea Simons latest mystery in the Pet Noir series featuring animal psychic Pru Marlowe, may not know exactly what happened when a noted Beauville lawyer died, but he is pretty sure that Pru will figure it out. In the meantime, we sat down with him to ask him what was going on and how he feels about his new role as the only witness to murder.

I know Im adorable. Thats my job.

Living with cat hair is a fact of life for all of us. Shedding is a normal process for healthy cats, in which old fur is replaced with new. All cats shed, regardless of whether they are shorthaired or longhaired. Its a myth that longhaired cats shed more; it only seems that way because the fur they shed is so much more visible.

You cant stop your cat from shedding, nor should you, but there are ways to control shedding. In a recent article for Answers.com, I explored different ways to deal...

Cats dont have as many eye problems as dogs, but feline eye issues tend to frequently be chronic and require a lifetime of care.

In a recent article for Answers.com, I explained the various signs and symptoms of eye problems, and how to care for your cats eyes....

Just three weeks ago, we reported on Tiffany Two, the 27-year-old tortie from San Diego who currently holds the Guinness World Record for being the worlds oldest living cat. It looks like Tiffany wont hold her title for very long. Missan, a 29-year-old Swedish farm cat, has Tiffany beat by two years. According to The Telegraph, Åsa Wickberg found Missan as a kitten in 1985, and quickly adopted her. I read an article about another cat that was supposed to be the worlds oldest, and I just...
