"A TINY terrier the size of a coke can is vying to be named the world's smallest dog. Little Meysi is 7cm tall, 12cm long and weighs just 150g - about the same as a hamster. She was so small at birth her owner mistook her for a bit of placenta and nearly threw it in the bin before noticing it moving.
