The headline of the press release that came to me in email from our friends at CritterKin said "Canada Post shines a light on pet adoption with new stamp issue." Some exciting news for us in Hammond International and Team Toby headquarters... yesterday my publisher provided me with the first copy of Toby the Pet Therapy Dog and His Hospital Friends in Spanish!! We are so excited to share Toby's story and the role of therapy dogs in a bigger way. This book is based on Toby's story as an Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) volunteer. Eight local Edmonton businesses join the pack, Team Toby, to sponsor books for children that stay at Ronald McDonald House Edmonton. To kick off this initiative, these eight sponsors provided books for the children attending the Ronald McDonald House Story Book Ball.
