A pet bond is being considered by the state government that would allow tenants to pay to keep cats and dogs at rental properties.
The changes, designed to slash the number of dogs and cats destroyed at pounds each year, would also streamline pet registration and microchipping and crack down on puppy farmers who breed dogs in overcrowded conditions.

Diamond is a documented hero credited with saving the lives of her California family and named one of the nations top ten Valor Dogs but landlords only see her as trouble.

I'm a worry-wart. I admit it. But I'm going to worry anyway, so may as well worry online and share my worries with others. LOL I'm tired of living in an apartment.
